Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness to all participants and instructors.
- Refund Eligibility: Participants are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the class.
- Non-Refundable Window: Cancellations made within seven (7) days or less of the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund. This is due to the administrative costs, reserved training slots, and the impact on other participants.
- Rescheduling Option: If you are outside the refund window but unable to attend your class, you may request to be rescheduled for a future class of equal value. Rescheduling requests must be made prior to the start time of the original class.
- How to Request: To request a refund (if eligible) or rescheduling, please contact us directly by phone or email. Requests will be processed in the order they are received, and refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the company must cancel or reschedule a class, participants will be given the option of a full refund or transfer into a future class.
This policy ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality training, properly allocate resources, and maintain fairness for all participants.
